Privacy policy

The short version. This website collects nothing about you. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies. If you become a customer, we hold your contact details and the video you send us, we use them to make your clips, and we delete the source video 30 days after we deliver.

We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
This website collects nothing
There is no analytics on this site. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no session recording, no advertising tag. The site sets no cookies at all, which is why you were not shown a cookie banner. There is nothing to consent to.
The only outbound request the page makes is for the typeface it is set in. Nothing about you is sent anywhere.
What we hold once you are a customer
- Your account details. The name, email and payment record that Whop passes to us when you subscribe. We never see your card number.
- The video you send us. Your stream VOD or upload, and anything you tell us about how you want it cut.
- The clips we make. The finished files, until you have collected them.
- Our messages. Whatever we say to each other about the work.
What we do with it
We use it to make your clips and to talk to you about them. That is the whole list.
We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
We do not use your video to train anything. Your footage is processed to make your clips and for nothing else. We do not use it as training data, we do not publish it, and we do not use it as an example of our work unless you tell us in writing that we may.
Who else touches it
Only the services we actually run on:
- Whop handles signup, billing and support messaging. Your payment details live with Whop and their payment processor, never with us.
- Cloudflare serves this website. Cloudflare sees the IP address of anyone loading the page, as any web host does. We do not receive or store those logs.
- Cloud storage and processing for the video while we are working on it.
Some of these providers are outside Australia, which means your information may be stored or processed overseas.
How long we keep it

Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Ask through Whop and we will action it within 30 days. If you want your footage gone sooner than the 30 day window, say so and we will delete it once you have your clips.
If you think we have mishandled your information, tell us first. If you are not satisfied with how we deal with it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell existing customers directly rather than quietly editing this page.
