Terms and refunds

Last updated 7 September 2026

The short version. Monthly, no contract, cancel any time from your own Whop account. You keep every clip we make, with no watermark and no credit to us. If we miss the turnaround or the clips are not usable, you get that month back.

What each plan includes

Every plan is capped on source videos in, not clips out.

PlanPriceSource videos a monthClips per video
Starter$99 / month4up to 6
Pro$299 / month12up to 8
Studio$699 / month30up to 10

Prices are in US dollars and are what Whop charges you. Studio jobs go to the front of the queue ahead of Starter and Pro.

Your monthly allowance does not roll over. Four unused videos in March do not become eight in April.

Turnaround

We aim to have your clips back within 24 hours of you sending the source video. Two honest caveats:

What we need from you

Who owns the clips

You do. You keep every right you already had in your footage, and you own the clips we make from it. Clean files, no watermark, no branding of ours, nothing to credit.

We do not use your footage as an example of our work, in a portfolio or anywhere else, unless you tell us in writing that we may.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your own Whop account. There is no contract, no notice period, and no cancellation fee.

Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not refund the month you are in, but you keep the full allowance for that month, so send us your videos before it runs out.

Refunds

We refund the month, in full, in any of these cases:

We do not refund for change of mind on work already delivered, or because a clip did not perform on a platform. We cut the clips; we cannot promise an algorithm.

Ask for a refund through Whop. We answer within 3 business days.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Nothing on this page limits those rights. Where anything above sits below what the Australian Consumer Law gives you, the law wins.

When we would stop working with you

We can end the arrangement, and refund the unused part of the month, if the footage is unlawful, if it is not yours to have edited, or if the working relationship has stopped being a reasonable one. We would tell you why.

Limits

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law section above, our liability for anything that goes wrong is capped at what you paid us in the month it went wrong.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that affects you, we tell existing customers directly before the change takes effect, rather than quietly editing this page.
